We are experienced Health, Safety, and Environment Advisors available to assist your organization in developing, implementing, and/or maintaining your Health and Safety Management System in order to meet or exceed legislative, client, and/or Certificate of Recognition (COR) requirements.

Director

Genna Hesse

For over 15 years, Genna has led environmental, health and safety strategies in the energy, oil and gas sectors. She has a graduate certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and is a certified external health and safety auditor by ESC, AASP, ACSA, and AMHSA. She also holds the title of Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP). Genna's expertise, management and auditing skills will bring innovation and leadership to your workplace.

We obtain outside of scope employee feedback on the health and safety management system during the audit interviews as a value added service, which is provided post audit.

Experience:

Our auditors are experienced not only in COR auditing, but also in program development and implementation, to ensure our suggestions for improvement are reasonable based on the scope of work and number of employees, understanding the amount of time and effort required to implement the suggestions across organizations.
